Egg Whites and Almonds Crepes

Low-fat, low-cal, low carbs desert
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Egg Whites (either from eggs or from AllWhite) - 4 eggs equivalent
1-2 tbl spoons of almond flour
Milk - 1 tbl spoon
1 package of Splenda
Stuffing - cottage cheese, ricotta, berries, etc.
DIRECTIONS
Put above ingredients in a blender.


Heat 7 or 9' skillet (non-stick). Oil can be used but non-atick cooking spray works better. Place enough batter to cover the skillet and fry for 20-30 seconds, flip to other side and fry again. Flip on a serving plate.


Stuff with cottage cheese, ricotta, berries, etc. Wipped cream can be used on the top. Makes excellent low-carb, low-fat desert.
