RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 whole fryer
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 onion sliced
salt and pepper to taste
3 bottle of green salsa
1 bunch of cilantro
DIRECTIONS
Boil chicken, garlic, onion for 45 mins to an hour. Add salt and pepper when boiling chicken. Once the chicken is cooked let chicken cool and save about 2 cups of the water from the chicken. You can use the same pot from the chicken, remove all water from the pot and put chicken in pot add the green salsa and the saved water. Simmer for about 15 minutes and add the end add chopped cilantro and mix in. Serve with white rice or mexican rice.
