We have enjoyed this sauce on all poultry, beef and pork products. Keep turning meats to a minimum because each time you turn, the meat toughens. Beer is a natural meat tenderizer and the alcohol cooks out in ten minutes on the grill. Happy grilling.
Equal parts of any beer and any catsup.
That's it!
If you just have to have more ingredients, you can add:
seasoned salt, molasses, powdered onion, soy sauce, Worchestershire sauce, powdered garlic, Tabasco sauce, chili powder or any other condiment you wish.
On medium heat,cook meat almost done on both sides, turning only once. Use closed cover.

On medium-low heat,brush or spoon on sauce and spread covering one side of meat, then turn that side downward toward the grill. Then brush or spoon sauce on upper sides and let stay on grill without turning for ten minutes. Use closed cover

Turn meat and cook other side for ten minutes. Use closed cover.

Serve and enjoy.
