Yield:  1 loaf
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3 Cups ( .915 lb. ) White Bread Flour
1-1/2 tsp Salt
1-1/2 TBSP Sugar
1-1/2 TBSP Dry Milk
1 TBSP Vital Wheat Gluten
1/4 Cup Instant Mashed Potato Flakes
3 or 4 TBSP Wheat Germ
2 TBSP Canola Oil
1-1/4 Cups ( .635 lb. ) Water
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl whisk dry ingredients except yeast together until uniformly blended.


Add ingredients to bread machine in the order recommended by manufacturer.


Make settings for light crust and medium size.


Remove loaf when baking is completed and allow to cool on wire rack.


I weigh the flour and the water in order to achieve uniformly consistent loaves. My bread machine is a Panasonic SD-YD250.
