- 1 ounce lettuce, shredded
- 1 ounce taco shell bowl
- 4 ounces mesquite smoked turkey breast, skinless and shredded
- 1 ounce barbecue sauce
- 1 ounce confetti corn
- 1 ounce fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 ounce pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 ounce ranch dressing
- As needed, tortilla chips
Place the lettuce in the bottom of the taco shell bowl.
In a separate bowl, toss together the turkey, barbecue sauce, corn and tomatoes. Place in shell bowl. Top with the cheese.
Serve with ranch dressing on the side. Offer tortilla chips as an accompaniment.
