Three ingredients and three steps are all it takes to make these flavor-packed burgers. Simply delicious!
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 packets Swanson® Flavor Boost™ Concentrated Beef Broth
- 4 Pepperidge Farm® Classic Sandwich Buns with Sesame Seeds
- Cheese, ketchup and mustard, for serving (optional)
Mix the beef and concentrated broth thoroughly in a medium bowl. Shape the beef mixture firmly into 4 (1/2-inch thick) burgers.
Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the burgers and cook until they're well browned on both sides and cooked through.
Serve the burgers on the buns and top with cheese, ketchup and/or mustard, if desired.
