Total Time:  2 Hours 15 Minutes
American as BBQ's Ribs, Root Beer, Bourbon and Apple(sauce.)
Rack of Center Cut Pork Ribs
1 Bottle of Root Beer
2-3 Cans of Chicken Broth
1 C of Bourbon
2 T of Minced Ginger
1/2 T of Ground Mustard
4 sprigs (stripped) of Tarragon
1/2 T of Thyme
2 C of Applesauce
1/2 C of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 t of Allspice
1 1/2 C Chili Powder
1 T Agave Nectar
Put in a pot:

Bottle of Root Beer

Stipped Tarragon

Apple Cider Vinegar

1 T of Minced Ginger

Rack of Ribs cut into 3 slabs

Chicken Broth to cover

Bring to a boil

Reduce to a simmer for 45 minutes

Remove Ribs to place in marinade. (Below)

Bring remaining liquid to a boil to reduce.

While Ribs are boiling:

Combine remaining ingredients for a marinade

Place in marinade at least one hour. (Can be made/stored in refridgerator overnight.)

Place on Grill to finish, brushing liberally, season with Salt and Pepper.

Serve with Reduced liquid. Pour over ribs or use for dipping.
