Creamy comfort food at it's best!!
6 Chicken, turkey or all beef hot dogs cut into slices
1 pkg Simple Potatoes Homestyle slices
3 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cup milk
1-1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
4 tablespoons yellow mustard
Preheat oven to 350F.

In a non stick skillet melt the butter, when butter has melted, add your finely chopped onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes till the onion has softened but not browned. Blend in the flour and salt. Pour in the milk all at once and continue stirring over medium heat till the white sauce is creamy and bubbling. Turn off heat. Add your shredded cheese and stir till cheese has melted into the cream sauce. Next, add the parsley and finally the mustard. Stir thoroughly. Set aside.

Using a 2qt casserole, spray liberally with non stick spray.

Spread the Simply Potatoes on the bottom of the casserole dish.

Add the sliced franks to your cream sauce and fold in. Pour the cream and frank sauce over the potatoes. Add freshly ground pepper if preferred.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or till lightly golden.
