Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish

About 2 1/2 cups


  • 12 ounces fresh organic cranberries
  • 1 cup raspberries, slightly thawed
  • Zest and juice of one orange
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash nutmeg
  • Dash cloves
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (optional)


Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until mixed, but still chunky. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. This gives the flavors time to marry.
