Fresh Organic Fruits with Vanilla Yogurt Sauce

Serves 8

Serve this divine dish year round layered with fruit and granola or use it to top your favorite light desserts.


  • 3 ounces light cream cheese (Neufchatel)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 8 cups Wild Oats Organic Berry Blends, cubed
  • Toasted nuts, coconut, or orange rind (optional)


In a small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed till fluffy.

Add yogurt; beat until smooth. Spoon sauce over fruit and sprinkle with toppings. For an elegant touch, serve in wine glasses or water goblets. Enjoy!
