This is a great, quick and fresh tasting salsa that you can take anywhere! Its easy, cheap and everyone will love it.
1 canned diced tomatoes, 1 medium size onion, 1 lime, 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, 2-3 cloves of fresh garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper to taste. Tabasco sauce to taste if you like a hotter salsa. 1 bag of tortilla chips of your choice (I use the blue corn).
Chop onion, garlic, and cilantro into small pieces (a faster way it to throw them into your food processor). Put diced tomatoes (with or without juice depending on how much liquidy you like your salsa)chopped onion, garlic, cilantro, juice of 1 lime (just squeeze it in or use a juicer. Then add your spices, about 1/2tsp of cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper. Mix it all up and your good to go. Add tobasco sauce for an extra kick.
