RECIPE INGREDIENTS
5 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 small onion, grated
1 teaspoon bottled hot sauce
salt, to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, if tomatoes are not in season
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, cilantro, vinegar, onions, hot sauce, salt, and sugar, if applicable. Let sit at room temperature at least 1 hour.
