fried wontons

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound of either pork,turkey,crab meat or craw fish.
2 scallions, finaly chopped
1 table mincced fresh ginger
1 sm. clove garlic, minced or tps. fresh minced carlic from a jar
1 tabl. spoon + iteaspoon soy sauce
35 to 40 wonton wrappers
mix all ingrents together in a large bowl set aside
place wontons flower side up place a small amount of filling so that the wont ton will  close and drip of water to seal the two coners to seal.
either use a deep frier or deep pan and veggie oil and bring oil to at least 450 drgrees and place the wontons in oil untill light brown.
place on paper towel to absorbe the grease and serve with duck sauce or coctail sauce.
this a great for any party to get started.
