Fruit Compote

This is quick and easy, anybody can make it, satisfying and delicious
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Apples, piece of orange, whole cloves, cinimon stick, sugar, water.
DIRECTIONS
Take a sauce pan and place bottled water or brita water(about a cup)in it. Add peeled, seeded and quartered apples(MacIntosh or some other variety of eating apple)one or two or as many as you like. Put a piece of orange or lemon(slice or wedge)in with the apples. Add a cinimon stick and 3 0r 4 whole cloves, a hand full of sugar or sugar substitute. Bring to a boil then simmer a few minutes. Cool completely. Refrigerate a couple of hours in serving dishes. Right before serving put a scoup of cool wip, ice cream or fresh cream. Refeshing and delicious!
