RECIPE INGREDIENTS
All the slushy, soupy leftovers from homemade fruit salad.
Soy milk
DIRECTIONS
When you make a large fruit salad for a family gathering there are always leftovers that don't look too appealing. Put them all in a blender and puree them. Freeze the slush in ice cube trays and bag them when frozen.

When you want a smoothie, take out a couple of cubes (or 3 or 4) and put them in the blender with soy milk. Blend it up and enjoy a refreshing icy drink that's good for you, too.
