Fruity Oatmeal Breakfast Sundaes

Serves 4

Mix and match your favorite flavors to create your own breakfast masterpiece.


  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups Wild Oats Vanilla Soymilk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups organic oatmeal
  • Topping Choices:
  • Wild Oats Organic Maple Syrup
  • Fruity low fat yogurt
  • Fresh fruit: blueberries, strawberries, bananas, apples
  • Dried fruit: apricots, Wild Oats Organic Raisins, blueberries, cranberries, banana chips
  • Nuts: almonds, walnuts, pecans or peanuts
  • Honey
  • Peanut butter
  • Almond butter


Heat water, soymilk, cinnamon and salt to a boil. Stir in oats, Return to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Divide into four portions and decorate with your favorite toppings.
