Fruity Oatmeal Breakfast Sundaes
Mix and match your favorite flavors to create your own breakfast masterpiece.
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups Wild Oats Vanilla Soymilk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups organic oatmeal
- Topping Choices:
- Wild Oats Organic Maple Syrup
- Fruity low fat yogurt
- Fresh fruit: blueberries, strawberries, bananas, apples
- Dried fruit: apricots, Wild Oats Organic Raisins, blueberries, cranberries, banana chips
- Nuts: almonds, walnuts, pecans or peanuts
- Peanut butter
- Almond butter
Heat water, soymilk, cinnamon and salt to a boil. Stir in oats, Return to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Divide into four portions and decorate with your favorite toppings.
