I really like this because it's quick and easy, fool-proof, never any crystallization, minimal stirring, is my favorite fudge as far as texture and flavor! I also use it for quick icing on chocolate-whipped cream log rolls, and other cakes and cookies.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 12 ounce bag dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
DIRECTIONS
In a microwave-safe glass pan, heat milk and chocolate chips until chips are shiny, about one minute. Stir until blended and add nuts, if desired. Spread evenly in pan, and chill until firm, about 45 minutes.


Nothing to clean up except the spoon you just licked!
