RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Boston Butt Pork (5-7 pounds)
worchestershire sauce - 1/2 cup
soy sauce 1/4 cup
seasoned salt - Tablespoon
pepper - Tablespoon
large onion
hot sauce
Bottled barbecue sauce
DIRECTIONS
Put Boston butt in large crock pot - cover with worchestershire sauce, soy sauce, seasoned salt and pepper on meat - put a cup of water in pan - slice an onion on top and sprinkle minced garlic bulb on top.... Put lid on and cook on low for 8 hours. After 8 hours remove bone and discard - take spatula and fork and remove all fat - discard. Take fork and shread barbecue (should just fall apart) Empty a jar of your favorite barbecue sauce on top of meat - add a little hot sauce, to taste. Mix together with sauce. Turn on low and let it simmer until ready to serve.
