Grandma Pam's Chocolate Cheesecake

I have taken this cheesecake to several dinnerparties and have been told I should sell it to restaurants
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Grandma Pam’s Chocolate Cheese Cake
Crumb Crust (Bake 400 for 10 minutes)
1 8 oz package Oreo cookie crumbs
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons melted butter
Press in bottom spring form pan
Filling:
3 8 oz pkgs Cream Cheese Room Temperature
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark chocolate chips melted and cooled
3 tablespoons flour
3 eggs (room Temperature)
2 tablespoons Heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, chocolate and flour. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each. Beat in Cream and vanilla. Pour into crust bake at 300 degrees for 60-65 minutes until filling is set. Remove and cool 10 minutes. Carefully run small spatula between sides of pan and crust.


Topping mix:


¾ cup sour cream with ¾ teaspoon vanilla, ½ cups powdered sugar. Spread over hot cheesecake. Chill several hours. To garnish drizzle melted chocolate over top.
