RECIPE INGREDIENTS
For the Coffee Cake:
2 sticks plus 2 teaspoons butter, softened
1 8 ounce block cream cheese
1 3/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoon real vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/3 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup half & half

For the Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup of pecans
1 tablespoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
FOR THE COFFEE CAKE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whip butter, sugar and cream cheese together. Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixed. Pour into greased coffee cake pan.


FOR THE TOPPING:
In a small chopper mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 pecans and a tablespoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of cake mixture


Bake 50-55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool thoroughly on wire rack.
