Customize individual biscuit pizza your way. These mini pizzas are ready in 25 minutes, thanks to a tasty crust made from refrigerated biscuits.
- 1 can (16.3 ounces) Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package (3.5 ounces) sliced pepperoni
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Press each biscuit into a 6-inch round. Place on 2 large or 3 small greased cookie sheets. Top each round with the pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the bottoms are deep golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Tip: Variations: Omit the pepperoni. Cook the chopped onions, sliced mushrooms and sliced red bell pepper in 1 tablespoon olive oil about 5 minutes or until the peppers are limp. Top each biscuit with the pizza sauce, cheese and veggie mixture. Omit the pizza sauce and pepperoni. Top each biscuit with cheese, canned pineapple tidbits, diced green bell pepper and sliced Canadian bacon or ham.
