Grandwich Breakfast Sandwiches
Start your day off right with these breakfast sandwiches.
- 1 can (16.3 ounces) Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated biscuits
- 8 slices packaged precooked bacon, cut in half crosswise
- 6 eggs, scrambled
- 8 slices (3/4 ounce each) American cheese
Bake the biscuits as directed on the can.
Meanwhile, microwave the bacon as directed on the package.
Split the warm biscuits; top the bottom half of each with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese. Cover with the top halves of biscuits.
Tip: You can also use fully cooked sausage patties or slices of ham in place of the bacon.
