Greek Chicken and Pasta Salad

Although this is a 'side' dish, this Delicious Greek Salad is so good and filling that I often have it as meal. Most kitchens have the ingredients, but if you need to leave a couple of things out, it doesn't affect the flavor too much. Great d
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons dill
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Italian dressing
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 small onion or 2 green onions
1/2 cup black olives
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
3 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 cup feta cheese
2 chicken breasts
1 cup cooked pasta of choice
1 medium tomato
1 large head romaine lettuce
1 cucumber cut into cubes
1 small onion or 2 green onions
DIRECTIONS
Broil the two chicken breasts with your favorite herbs/spices (I like McCormick's Montreal Chicken and a little lemon juice)and boil water for the pasta--add when water comes to a boil. While they are cooking (turn them every 3-4 minutes until done and cook the pasta per the instructions on the box)you will prepare the rest of the salad. Whisk the first 12 ingredients together in a bowl. Then in a VERY large bowl add the cleaned and cut up Romaine Lettuce, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and (any other favorite veggies).


When the pasta is done, pour into a colander and cool the pasta with cold water and let drain. Add to the salad. Once the breasts are done, cut up into cubes--add to the salad. Add the feta cheese and the whisked ingredients and hand toss until everything is well mixed. Add salt and toss again if desired.
