Greek Spinach Melts Appetizer
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 pkg Pillsbury French Bread dough
1 pkg (9oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 plum tomato
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 pkg (4oz) crumbled feta cheese
1/4 C mayonnaise
1/4 C sour cream
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375. Bake bread and slice into 1/4" thick slices. Place bread slices on baking sheet. Place spinach in a bowl. Chop tomato, onion and press garlic - add to spinach. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon spinach mixture onto bread slices and spread. Bake 10 - 12 minutes until heated through. Serve immediately.
