Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich (better than you-know-who!)

If you enjoy fast food grilled chicken sandwiches, then this lower calorie and sodium creation will get 'em coming back for more. Be sure to buy salt free versions of your favorite seasonings.
1 4-5 oz chicken breast.
1-2 pinches of Garlic & Herb seasoning.
1-2 pinches of Mediterranean Herb seasoning.
1 hamburger bun.
2 TBS light mayonnaise.
2 stalks green leaf lettuce.
2 slices dill pickles.
2 slices fresh tomato.
Season chicken breast on one side with Garlic & Herb seasoning and on the other with Mediterranean Herb seasoning, both readily available at your supermarket.

Grill chicken breast over very low or indirect heat until done to an internal temperature of 165F. For easier grilling, butterfly or pound breast flat.

Grill hamburger bun on inside, and spread light mayonnaise.

Place breast on bun, layer green leaf lettuce, pickles and tomato slices.

Slice sandwich in half, and enjoy.
