Grilled Corn on the Cob

Sweet summer corn needs very little embellishment to enjoy. In fact, when you buy freshly cut corn, it is so sweet even children will eat it right off the cob. Grilling the corn gives the corn an added dimension of flavor. A dab of butter and the corn is even more indulgent.
- 6 ears fresh corn, shucked
Prepare the barbecue (medium-high heat). Grill the corn until heated through and beginning to brown in spots, turning occasionally, about 12 minutes. Serve the corn with butter.
