my favorite salmon recipe. it is good for the brain also
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 lb. salmon
3tblspn of mayo or plain yogurt ( diet wise)
4 slices of fresh lime
fresh dill
red and green bell peppers
DIRECTIONS
grilling or baking


on 1 piece aluminum foil


place 1 lb salmon on foil.


spread mayo or plain yogurt on fish


put lime slices on fish


spread fresh sill on top


place chunks of peppers aroung fish


cook on grill or oven for 15 minutes or until cooked.


check with fork and see if fish flakes.


then it is done.
