Grilled Peaches with Preserves

Yield:  8 servings
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 large peaches, halved
Large ziploc bag
1C. honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. strawberry preserves, heated
Vanilla ice cream
DIRECTIONS
Mix honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon with peaches in plastic bag
and set aside for half an hour to an hour (or refrigerate if making ahead). Save syrup formed from marinated the peaches.
Grill at medium heat, spoon 1 tbsp. preserves in center of each peach, top with ice
cream and drizzle reserved honey mixture over top.
