We find one part of a turkey is easier to cook then 4 chicken parts.
Medium size turkey cut into quarters.
1 cup of Oil & Vinigar dressing
2 cups of Bottled BBQ sause or homemade sause.
1) Have butcher cut your turkey in half and then just between the legs and wings while it is hard frozen with his meat saw. Thaw the number of parts you want to cook at this time and keep the others frozen until needed.

2) brush the turkey part inside and out with oil & vinigar dressing

3) place the turkey parts on a hot fire, skin side up for 20 minutes. Turn the parts over to skin side down on a medium fire and fill the cavity on top of the part with BBQ sause. Cook until a meat themoemeter reads 170. Turn parts over to skin side up, paint the skin with BBQ sause and cook 10 minutes more.

4) Slice the part cooked into serving pieces. Pour heated BBQ sause or the serving if desired.
