RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 chipotle chile (from canned chipotles)
2 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
3 table spoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS
Bring broth to boil, add all ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes, until thickens, let cool, use as marinade at least 2 hours, in refrigerator, better overnight, grill basting regularly, discard leftover sauce.
