Half and Half Pepperoni Pizza

A perfect pizza for pepperoni lovers and cheese lovers alike!


  • 1 can Pillsbury® classic refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 cup tomato pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounce)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices


Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough; place on cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough to 14x12-inch rectangle. Bake 9 minutes.

Spread sauce evenly over partially baked crust; top with cheese. Arrange pepperoni slices over half of the pizza. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown.

Tip: Try an Italian cheese blend in place of mozzarella.
