Ham and Asparagus Brunch Cups

  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry Shells
  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Dijon Soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham*
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked asparagus, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese


Bake the pastry shells according to package directions.

Mix the soup, milk, ham, asparagus and cheese in saucepan. Heat through.

Serve in pastry shells. Serves 6.

*OPTIONAL: Substitute 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey for ham.
