Ham & Brocolli Fetticini

I use this recipe everytime we have ham. I purposely buy more ham than necessary so we have enough leftover to make this dish. My family just loves it. It's pretty easy to make and is quite the comfort food.
2-3 cups cubed cooked ham
1 bag frozen brocolli florets (fresh equivalent can be used)
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 quart half n half
Box pasta twists
In large skillet or pot melt butter add ham and brocolli. Stir. Steam brocolli for about 10 minutes until just slightly tender. Add half n half, parsley and garlic to taste. Over medium heat allow to heat, stirring occassionally. Once hot add parmesan cheese and lower heat a bit.

Cook pasta per directions until al dente. Drain. Once the ham, brocolli, cheese mixture begins to thicken add pasta. Use as much of the pasta to allow it to not be too dry. I probably use about 2/3's of the cooked pasta and freeze the rest to use later.
