RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 Bunches of Green Onions, cleaned and trimmed
1 8OZ. block Cream Cheese, chilled and cut lenthwise
1 lb. rectangle luncheon ham slices, not too thick.
DIRECTIONS
Mold a pat (size of a pat of butter or slightly larger) cream cheese around the end of the onion. Cut the rectangle ham in half. Take 1/2 slice of ham, lay the cream cheesed onion on the ham slice, with bottom of cream cheese as close to the bottom of the ham slice. Fold over the top of the ham slice and roll. Refrigerate and served chilled. No tooth picks necessary and unless you hate onion, these are addictive.
