This snack is perfect for the kids too—try turkey instead of ham if you prefer.
1 tablespoon  reduced-fat cream cheese
2 slices  reduced-sodium deli ham
1/2 cup  red bell pepper slices
Spread cream cheese on ham slices, top with bell pepper and roll.

Yum, but use full fat cream cheese, the brain needs fat (healthier fat is better) but don't skimp on good fat esp. for kids who NEED it for their brain functioning in school!
