RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 package of carob chips
1 cup of egg substitutes (Egg Beaters or equivalent)
2 1/2 cups of Whole Wheat flour
1 cup of blackstrap molasses (unsulphured)
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 /4 teaspoon of baking powder
1;4 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of raisons or dark currants
2 tablespoon of flax seed
2 tablespoon of real vanilla extract
1/2 cup of sugar substitute (Equal or equivalent), Splenda.
1 cup of pitted dates pureed or softened
DIRECTIONS
Mix in a medium bowl all the dry ingreients until you see dome flakieness.


Add in another bowl all the wet ingredients until it get a fluffiness type of peak.


Put oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes to warm up oven. Mix dry and wet ingredients together to make a paste like substance.


Take a small teaspoon or a special spoon that they use of cookies or melon balls and form them into to little dime sized dots 1 inch away from each other. use parchment paper so it won't stick to pan. make sure you cut enough of paper so it will not catch on fire. cook for 10 to 12 minutes.


Let them dry and then frost if you woant with frosting of your choice. MAkes sure you let them cool down for a hour sdo that the frosting won't drip down. unless you want then glaze look. VOILA!!!
