Healthy Pumpkin Zucchini Muffins

I developed this recipe because I love muffins but hate the calories and fat of a traditional muffin. A large muffin is about 300 calories. I use Almond Milk to keep the calories in check but I'm sure any milk will do. They freeze well too!
2 cups Old Fashioned Oats (dry)
2 tbs Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup White Flour
1 cup Raisins
2 cups grated Zucchini
1 cup pumpkin
4 eggs
1/4 cup plus 2 tbs Canola Oil
1 cup Almond Milk
1/2 cup Dark Agave Nectar or Honey
Add the first 6 ingredients to bowl.

In another bowl mix the rest of the ingredients.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

Mix just until dry ingredients are moist. Do not over mix!

Makes 12 large muffins or 24 regular muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes depending on size of muffins.
