Herb Stuffed Salmon

This is an easy and quick recipe that I like to grill for guests when Salmon season is going on and everyone visits. It is light and very flavorful. It is a hit every time!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1-2 Salmon Filets (skin on)
1/4-1/2 Cup Butter
2 Scallions
4 Green Onions
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley
1/2 Cup Fresh Basil
Lemon Pepper to Taste
Sea Salt to Taste

DIRECTIONS
Rinse Salmon Filets and pat dry. With a pairing knife make slits through your salmon clear down to the skin.


In a mini chopper or blender combine last seven ingredients until well blended and a paste is made.


Stuff butter paste in the slits of your salmon. Oil grill and place salmon skin side down. Grill to your liking.
