High protein rice krispie treats

A great afternoon snack. Textured whey protein boosts the protein content in this twist on the original recipe.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2 bag (5 oz) marshmallows
1/4 cup butter (plus extra to grease pan and spoon)
3 cups textured whey protein
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter and marshmallows in a saucepan over low heat


Add textured whey protein and mix thoroughly to coat


Grease an 8"x8" baking pan


Using a greased spoon or spatula, press the mixture into the bottom of the pan


Allow to cool and then cut into 12 bars.
