This is simple appetizer to serve at a casual (small) family dinner that the kids will love.
4 Russet Potatoes
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste (optional)
1. Cut your potatoes into thin slices.

2. Put oil into large frying pan. Turn stove onto high heat.

3. Let oil heat up for 1-3 minutes. Put potato slices into heated oil.

4. Cook your potatoes in the oil for 10-15 minutes, or until there is a thin golden brown ring on ALL the slices.

5. Let potatoes drain on paper towel or brown paper bags for about ten minutes.

6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

7. On a cookie sheet, place your potato slices into the oven.

8. Cook one side for ten minutes, then flip.

9. Cook other side for another ten minutes.

10. Salt/pepper your potatoes.

11. Let cool, and serve.
