Honey-Baked Chicken

Ungreased 13”x9” baking dish
A sharp knife
3 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2/3 cups of honey
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. curry powder
PREPERATION: Approximately 45 minutes,

Wash and dry your hands.


oven to 350 F.

Making the marinade:

1.Warm the

butter until it is melted.

2.Combine the melted butter,

mustard, honey, salt, and curry powder and stir until everything

is mixed together.

Baking the chicken:

3.Cut the pieces

of chicken breasts into smaller, cube-like pieces with

a sharp knife.

4.Place the pieces of chicken into the ungreased

baking dish.

5.Pour the marinade over the chicken,

making sure every piece is saturated.

6.Put the chicken into

the preheated oven and cook for 30 MINUTES.

7.Check on

the chicken occasionally to make sure the chicken becomes

tender and evenly browned.

8.Use oven mitts to take the chicken

out of the oven.

9.Serve with tasty and healthy sides

such as rice and vegetables.
