Honey BBQ Chicken Breasts with Roasted Reds and Greens.

Simple twist on a homemade grilling classic. The inactive time you have.. that's what the extra Jack is for!!!!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 boneless chicken breasts
An assortment of antioxidant rich veggies (Broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, a red onion for color)
1 lb. baby red potatoes
For glaze:
About 1/2 bottle Jack Daniels BBQ sauce
1/4 bottle honey
2 shots Jack Daniels whiskey
dash salt
dash pepper
dash garlic
1 pat butter(melted)
DIRECTIONS
I prefer the charcoal method rather than gas... it really does wonders for the smoky flavor.


Take the 4 breasts and place on freshly washed and seasoned grill rack on highheat. Turn a few times until 3/4 done, about 45 minutes. Brush on glaze. (this will get a bit crispy, not burned.)


Once the chicken is on the grill, start boiling the potatoes with a dash of salt. These should take about 1/2 hour to the desired consistency.


As the chicken is cooking, prep your veggies however you would like, discarding all ends and stems and such. Season with spg, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest on hot rack. Cook for 1/2 hr.


Drain potatoes, cut in half and place on rack until nicely crisped. Place in bowl and drizzle on melted butter.


Plate your chicken and veggies and bring the bowl of potatoes to the table and youre done... enjoy!
