Honey-Mustard Baked Beans

Not as ketchup-sweet as some baked beans, these mustardy ones go well with all sorts of pork dishes, not just a spicy pork tenderloin. Pinto or black beans can be substituted for the white.
Six 15-ounce cans small white beans, drained
1 1/2 cups chopped yellow onion
1 1/4 cups diced lean smoky ham
1 cup canned reduced-sodium chicken broth
3/4 cup honey mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup molasses
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons tabasco sauce
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Position rack in middle of oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Stir all ingredients in large bowl. Spoon mixture into 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake until mixture bubbles and liquid thickens, about 50 minutes. Serve warm.
