PLACE WINGS IN HEAVY DUTY PLASTIC BAG WITH A CUP OF HOT SAUCE AND HALF OF THE CHOPPED GARLIC, SOAK 1-HOUR OR OVERNITE.


>GRILL WINGS UNTIL DONE (WHILE WINGS ARE GRILLIN' MELT BUTTER AND SQUEEZE LEMON AND LIME. COMBINE BUTTER, JUICES, REMAINING GARLIC AND 1-CUP OF FRANK'S HOT SAUCE TO METAL BOWL; WHICH IS LARGE ENOUGH TO HOLD WINGS)
