Total Time:  45 Minutes
  24 cheesecakes
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3 8oz packages cream cheese - softened
5 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
Beat ingredients until smooth.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minuites.
Place 1 tablespoon of topping in hollow that develops and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Topping:
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Makes 24 cakes.  It works best to use tinfoil muffin cups for making these cakes.  Peel before serving with berries of your choosing.
Cakes can be frozen.
