Main entree: cut 3 chicken breasts in half yields 6 servings or cut in quarters yields 12 servings which is ideal. Variation: before placing buttered chicken into crumb mixture, place a slice of ham and cheese, roll it up and then dip in bread crumbs
3 full skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 sticks unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic
2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup parsley flakes
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Mix bread crumbs, parsley flakes, parmesan cheese, pepper and dry mustard.

Cut chicken breasts into approx 30 pieces.

Dip in melted butter and garlic.

Then dip and coat buttered chicken in crumb mixture. Place in pan approx 12x10".

Pour remaining butter/garlic into crumb mixture, mix well.

Spread mixture over chicken.

Bake at 325 degrees, approximately 45 minutes. Refrigerate after cooking.

May be reheated at 325 degrees, approximately 15 minutes, or may be served cold.

I thought it was great. I loved how the chicken was cooked the way it told me to. The Italian Bread made it taste even better. So I think everyone who checks out this website should try it.
