Italian Pasta Bake

This creamy dish is like Italian comfort food, without the strong tomato base. My ex-husband's grandmother gave me the recipe years ago, and it's been a regular staple in our dinner meal rotation.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained,
12 oz penne pasta, cooked as directed
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mozzerella cheese
DIRECTIONS
Boil noodles and brown meat.


In 2qt casserole dish, mix together the soup and tomatoes. Stir in the noodles and meat.


Top with cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
