Italian Turkey Sausage Potato Soup

Italian Turkey Sausage, yellow Onion, Garlic, Potatoes, Cream Corn, Heavy Cream, Home Made Croutons, Parmesian Cheese,Mediterranean Sea Salt, Ground Pepper, A dash of Red Pepper flakes and Chicken Broth .
Saute 1 med. Yellow onion & 1 clove of garlic in pot till soft

Add on package of Itanlian Turkey Sausage squeezed from casing let cook for about 2 min.

Season with 1Tbs of Mediterranean Sea Salt

1/2 Tsp. Pepper

After Sausage is well cooked Cover with Chicken Broth and continue cooking for 2 min.

Add 4 Med Potatoes cubed, cook until begining to soften adding chicken broth as needed

Add 1 can of cream corn

(Don't let potatoes moosh)

Add 1 Cup of Heavey Cream

Add a Dash of Red Pepper let stand for 10 min.

Before serving choose a good round bread slice and toast then cube in thick pieces and drop on top of soup and sprinkle with fresh graded parmesian
