Use Simply Potatoes to make a lucky (Jammy) potato (spuds), cabbage, and bacon (rashers) soup for your St. Patrick's Day.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 package Simply Potatoes Red Potato Wedges
1 half cabbage cut in wedges, 1 inch wide
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
4 cans chicken broth
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 tbsp real bacon bits
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a stock pot.


Cover.


Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.


Stir occasionally.
