Devilishly sweet, hot and surprising, like Jezebel in the book of Kings, you'll want to serve this with pork and ham, or as a garnish for cream cheese and crackers.
- 2 cups pineapple preserves
- 2 cups apple jelly
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons Creole mustard
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Use immediately or transfer to a labeled storage jar. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
